Choose a holiday and date

Booking with us is simple. Select your perfect holiday activity from our website.

Select your chosen dates, either e-mail or call us to check availability:

Confirm your booking

Once you have selected your holiday, we will send you the booking documents via e-mail or post, which will include the rental conditions for the specific holiday and the general booking conditions for SecretItaly.co.uk

Once you return the booking documents to us, a 30% deposit is required to confirm the booking which can be paid securely either via PayPal, credit and debit cards, cheque or bank transfer. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will confirm your reservation. The remaining 70% balance is due 6 weeks before your scheduled arrival.

Late bookings

Bookings made less than six weeks before the start of your scheduled arrival, must be paid in full at the time of booking.

Travel documents issued

The Definitive Booking Confirmation will be issued and sent by SecretItaly.co.uk immediately upon receipt of the OUTSTANDING balance. The Booking Confirmation includes instructions on how to reach Casa Pietra from the airport (these will be travel directions if you are self catering, or how to find us at the airport if you are joining an activity holiday), the accommodation address and useful contact numbers for the duration of your stay.
